Lynn Dugan

For Hoosier born, Lynn Dugan being able  to paint is like biting chocolate. It relaxes, and one can't wait for the next chomp to melt. With five children, and a husband enthralled with soccer, Lynn keeps busy enjoying her chomps of life in Thorntown. Dugan's pantings are brilliant in color, lively in movement, and some times whimsical. Her digital works transform building parts into kaleidoscopic arts or 'ARCHISCOPES'. Dugan has used the same process with band instruments, spoons, and collectibles. Lynn hopes her creations acknowledge the  value of life, prompt the viewer to ponder, take action on socail issues and draw nearer to God. She hopes her archiscope build pride for architectural beauty we pass by each day. Visit her world at in her studio at Sugar Creek Art Center, Thorntown, IN. or at www.duganarts.org  May God's peace soothe you, his joy... tickle, and his love embrace you.

Fine Artist - Herschel Fall
Lebanon Resident

Herschel is largely a self learned artist.  From an early age, drawing art was an escape from the trials of the world around him.  Teachers and friends encouraged him to show his art and continue to develop his own techniques.  After taking a long break from art after high school, he was encouraged to take up the brush again by his wife.   People often ask Herschel what he thinks about when drawing or painting.  This is an impossible question to answer as time seems to stand still for him when immersed in his craft.  Herschel uses Acrylic on canvas, Oil on canvas and watercolor for most of his art.  Feel free to contact Herschel with any questions or comments by visiting:  http://www.tintedcanvas.com .
